We're looking for an Accounts Payables Coordinator to join our growing team. This role reports to the Controller and will work from our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. 

What You’ll Do:

• Entry of Accounts Payable into Quickbooks Desktop
• Processing of outgoing payments including checks, wires, and ACH
• Reconciliation of statements to payments
• Issuing payout statements and invoices as needed
• Follow-up on chargebacks and other payment issues
• Respond to emails relating to billing and payment inquiries
• Minor work needed for month end financial close

Who You Are:

• At least 4-7 years of relevant payables, receivables, or accounting experience
• Must have QuickBooks experience (ideally Desktop version)
• Must be very strong with Excel
• Excellent communication and writing skills to respond to customer inquiries
• Works efficiently, always looking for ways to make process improvements
• Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment

We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll and HR Teams with entering, maintaining, and processing information in the ADP Payroll system. The Payroll Administrator will enter and manage information about compensation, time and absences, paid leave, deductions, and employees’ personal data. The Payroll Administrator also manages the time clock system and runs a variety of reports for management.

This position will be onsite at our Santa Ana, CA office.

 What You’ll Do:

• Enter, maintain, and/or process information in the ADP payroll system, such as compensation data (employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses, or other compensation), time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
• Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
• Manage the timeclock system, including running reports, enrolling employees in the timeclock, and editing time punches.
• Running and building reports in ADP.
• Managing the Petty Cash spreadsheet.
• Performing other Payroll related duties as assigned.

• 2‐5 years of payroll experience (required).
• 2-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred).

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with 5 - 7 years of strong accounting and financial analysis experience to join our team to assist the Accounting department with the fast paced month end closing process in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as US GAAP. Job duties include, but not limited to, preparation and input of standard monthly journal entries, record and maintain fixed assets, bank reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliations, record company credit card transactions, and other duties as assigned.

You’ll report to the Assistant Controller and work from our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters (hybrid). After training is complete, a hybrid schedule will be an option.

• Prepare and input standard monthly journal entries as well as assist with the month end closing process
• Perform monthly analysis of departmental revenues and costs
• Reconcile and Analyze G/L Accounts
• Heavy financial analysis, comparison of actual to budget and to prior year, provide meaningful recap/explanation of variances to management

This team is responsible for developing the strategy, launching, and then scaling Collectors Vault which represents the most important strategic growth initiative of the business. • Receive, check in, stock, pick, pack and ship a variety of high value collectibles

• Cross train on and assist in other areas of operation when needed (i.e. item authentication, digital imaging, inventory control tasks, and data entry, etc.)

We are seeking a Content Production Coordinator to join our PSA Marketing Team based in the Santa Office. 

PSA’s social media platforms are its most direct, day-to-day contact point with a growing customer base within the larger collecting hobby community. As our content marketing team grows, we are looking for a passionate collector to dive in immediately and produce as we continue to expand PSA’s footprint and impact in the digital space. As PSA aims to stay at the forefront of creative content in the collecting hobby, this individual will produce daily content that not only informs and educates, but also engages our customers, both current and prospective. This individual will have a strong knowledge of not just what is important, trending and emerging in the collecting hobby, but is a savvy content creator, who can produce content that works across multiple platforms, is relevant and is on-brand. This individual has their finger on the pulse of what type of content performs the best on each platform, and can execute and make concepts work across all platforms that remain on-brand for PSA. What You’ll Do:

• Create content of all types for PSA’s social and digital efforts. Examples include involvement in production and distribution of PSA podcasts, simple graphic assets, photo assets and short-form video assets for multiple social platforms.
• Work in lockstep with PSA’s Social Media Coordinators to develop social media campaigns and promotions for PSA, utilizing creative content executions to elevate these campaigns that will be relevant to both the sports and TCG collecting marketplaces.

They will ensure the turnaround times for the CRC are met within specific time frames and assist the Claims department in resolving issues over email and the phone.

We are currently hiring a Cataloguer / Data Entry Clerk to join the Collectors Vault team. This is a rare opportunity to help build out a completely new business unit inside of an established organization from day one. Collectors Vault is a high security storage service for collectibles, but beyond that it integrates the various business units at Collectors Universe to create a new platform for collecting. Collectors Vault represents the next generation of collecting, and will power a fundamentally different integrated experience for storing, securing, authenticating, grading, buying, and selling collectibles.

You will be required to be comfortable with ambiguity and have a bias for action while remaining customer focused with an extremely high standard of care. You will also be taking on multiple assignments and performing many duties as necessary to meet business expectations of the Fulfillment storage and fulfillment center. 

This role will report to the Assistant Manager of Operations and will work out of our New Castle, Delaware facility.

• Perform systematic, physical handling and inspection of collection objects, including taking precise dimensions, creating photo documentation, and transcribing inscriptions
• Perform basic research related to collection objects
• Organize, compile, and digitize source documents from curatorial and accession records relating to collection objects

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to help implement data-driven decision-making across all operations teams for PSA, PCGS, and WATA.

• Immerse yourself in the business and gain a deep understanding of our onsite operations

The Events Manager will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of all events in which Collectors, PSA, DNA and WATA participate. This includes trade shows, industry conferences, bespoke customer engagement events among others.

• Develops and manages the execution and logistics of shows and events to achieve business objectives

We are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our team.  You will work directly with the Training Manager to help team members in effectively organizing, planning, and executing training projects. These projects include, but are not limited to, writing manuals, creating Google Slides, organizing, and delivering training sessions for various departments across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training in all key areas of the business, including Operations, for new hires, temporary employees, and existing employees. The VP of Operations will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, execution, and overall function of the end-to-end supply chain at Collectors Universe. The goal of the position is to secure the functionality and maintain health of the business by driving efficiencies across operational teams, with a focus on significantly increasing and optimizing throughput and product quality, as well as enhancing and delivering on an exceptional customer experience. The role is responsible for several operational units including PSA, PCGS, WATA, PSA DNA, and more coming down the pike.

The Director, HR Business Partner is a vital member of the HR leadership team, helping to define, elevate, and scale the role of HR Business Partners across the company. This role will have the primary responsibility of leading the development and execution of the HRBP strategy at Collectors. HRBPs are expected to have a full perspective of the business, placing emphasis on employee relations, people development, organizational design, retention, engagement, equity and inclusion, and people management across the organization. Leveraging exceptional influencing skills, this role will drive talent processes working with the Business Leaders and HR Operations. The ideal candidate loves to build, thrives in ambiguity, is flexible and adaptable to change, moves quickly, and can demonstrate strong communication skills to deliver messages across all levels of the organization. What You’ll Do

• Be a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team by using professional credibility and strong relationships with executives to influence key priorities on organizational issues that help the company and our employees grow
• Lead complex initiatives with significant impact to supporting organization-wide needs. Initiatives include: employee experience and retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, company culture, employee relations, and leadership development
• Act as a change-agent as the business continues to reshape itself with a goal of providing a world class stakeholder and employee experience
• Strengthen the executive team of each function by providing coaching and development to leadership
• Promote HR strategies that align with the business go to market strategy focusing on the talent needed to execute on the vision
• Leverage strong program management skills to collaborate with the HR team to roll out various talent and people programs across the organization (compensation review, feedback cycles, engagement surveys and development programs, etc.)

Who You Are

• 12+ years of HRBP or progressive HR experience in a high growth setting, with 5+ years leading HRBP or HR teams; strong preference for experience working in production-based or tech startup companies
• Experience with M&A and global expansion a plus, as well as cross-cultural experience as a leader and coach to help integrate global employees
• Demonstrated experience with organizational design and talent development across a variety of employee groups and functions (operations, corporate, engineering or product teams) 
• Experience with policy implementation, and employee relations, as well as knowledge of staffing and compensation strategies, practices and processes
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented HR leader, with an ability to drive projects through partnerships with senior management and across HR and Talent functions
• Demonstrated track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of the organization and with diverse client groups to drive major initiatives through the organization and influence decision makers
• Demonstrated success in taking a data driven approach to develop innovative solutions that balance the business strategy and employee needs
• Pragmatic problem solver who can find root causes of issues and gain leadership support to address them
• Proven ability to manage priorities among multiple stakeholders and multitask or re-prioritize as needed in a fast paced environment

We are seeking a creative, dynamic marketer to execute our global recruitment marketing strategy from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with recruiters, business stakeholders and external partners to develop marketing campaigns to position Collectors as a top employer of choice. You’ll also build and execute our events strategy in partnership with recruiting leadership, including identifying opportunities, creating onsite activations, and representing the company. PSA and Collectors are currently looking for a Director of Sales to lead the day-to-day strategic management of the PSA Preferred Dealer Network, which is composed of auction houses, group submitters and dealers, and lead the PSA sales team both in the office and in the field. 

PSA prides itself on its relationship management and is looking for a seasoned sales leader who takes the time to understand and service the needs of the customer. Candidates must be personable, polished, well-organized, detail-oriented, analytical and have experience with developing and implementing sales incentive programs and sales training.  The position requires travel to trade shows, industry events and client offices. 

This position reports to the President of PSA and is based out of our Santa Ana, CA office.

What You'll Do

• Direct company sales efforts to increase submissions and average sales price while maintaining senior level relationships with clients
• Improve and maintain relationships with Preferred Dealers
• Direct the PSA domestic sales staff
• Develop and manage quarterly and annual sales incentive programs 
• Facilitate the implementation of new sales tracking, management and marketing software
• Ideate creative sales and marketing goals within the bounds of the collectible industry
• Manage client relationships and formal communications
• Direct the Results department manager and team. 
• Work with the current Results Manager to set up long-term financial and customer service focused goals, as well as implement ways to track their progress and measure success.
• Work with cross-functional leadership to ensure total customer satisfaction 

 Who You Are 

• 10+ years of experience in sales/customer relations; collectibles industry experience preferred but not required 
• Effective communicator and highly collaborative team player, both internally and externally, to resolve conflicts, solve problems and, most importantly, so we can deliver what is promised to the customer to maintain and generate business 
• Ability to be knowledgeable and credible when speaking about our product and brand when presenting/communicating with customers and represent our company well
• Demonstrated expertise in the collectibles market, continuously building upon the knowledge base of our product/market to generate sales (e.g. learning hobby lingo/terms, understanding market challenges, values of collectibles, etc.)
• Experience with industry leading sales and marketing software platforms - having the ability to track sales and marketing via data intelligence
• Organized and efficient is his/her sales approach since performance is based, in large part, on submissions and average sales price metrics
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in motivating and inspiring a team to hit aspirational targets
• Some travel is required, up to but not limited to several times per month.  This may include car travel or cross-country plane travel or travel outside of the US
