We're looking for an Accounts Payables Coordinator to join our growing team. This role reports to the Controller and will work from our Santa Ana, CA headquarters. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Entry of Accounts Payable into Quickbooks Desktop
  • Processing of outgoing payments including checks, wires, and ACH
  • Reconciliation of statements to payments
  • Issuing payout statements and invoices as needed
  • Follow-up on chargebacks and other payment issues
  • Respond to emails relating to billing and payment inquiries
  • Minor work needed for month end financial close

Who You Are:

  • At least 4-7 years of relevant payables, receivables, or accounting experience
  • Must have QuickBooks experience (ideally Desktop version)
  • Must be very strong with Excel
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to respond to customer inquiries
  • Works efficiently, always looking for ways to make process improvements
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced, high volume environment

We’re looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Accounts Receivable and Collections team to apply customer payments to customer orders in a high volume, fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:

  • Apply customer payments to their accounts accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Prepare daily bank deposit by using a scanner and then posting to the appropriate customer order.
  • Process customer credit card payments in accordance with company policy.
  • Reconcile payments to ensure proper application.
  • Maintain files, including scanning documents to electronic files.
  • Troubleshoot problem orders and accounting holds.
  • Create, maintain/track, and close show order projects.
  • Resolve customer short payments by contacting the customer via email and phone.
  • Occasional travel required.

We’re looking for a Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll and HR Teams with entering, maintaining, and processing information in the ADP Payroll system. The Payroll Administrator will enter and manage information about compensation, time and absences, paid leave, deductions, and employees’ personal data. The Payroll Administrator also manages the time clock system and runs a variety of reports for management.

This position will be onsite at our Santa Ana, CA office.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Enter, maintain, and/or process information in the ADP payroll system, such as compensation data (employees’ hourly rates, salaries, commissions, bonuses, or other compensation), time worked, paid leave and holidays, deductions and withholding, address changes, and other information.
  • Ensure proper processing of payroll deductions for taxes, benefits, and other deductions.
  • Manage the timeclock system, including running reports, enrolling employees in the timeclock, and editing time punches.
  • Running and building reports in ADP.
  • Managing the Petty Cash spreadsheet.
  • Performing other Payroll related duties as assigned.

 Who You Are: 

  • 2‐5 years of payroll experience (required).
  • 2-5 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (preferred).
  • Experience using ADP Workforce Now with Essential Time (required).
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Have a High School diploma or GED.

Physical Requirements:

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant with 5 - 7 years of strong accounting and financial analysis experience to join our team to assist the Accounting department with the fast paced month end closing process in accordance with company policies and procedures as well as US GAAP. Job duties include, but not limited to, preparation and input of standard monthly journal entries, record and maintain fixed assets, bank reconciliations, general ledger account reconciliations, record company credit card transactions, and other duties as assigned.

You’ll report to the Assistant Controller and work from our Santa Ana, CA office headquarters (hybrid). After training is complete, a hybrid schedule will be an option. 

 

What You'll Do:

  • Prepare and input standard monthly journal entries as well as assist with the month end closing process
  • Perform monthly analysis of departmental revenues and costs
  • Reconcile and Analyze G/L Accounts
  • Heavy financial analysis, comparison of actual to budget and to prior year, provide meaningful recap/explanation of variances to management
  • Prepare timely and comprehensive management analysis reports to allow for informed business decisions
  • Assist with internal and external audits

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst (SFA) – Cost. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leader in the fast-growing collectibles space. Collectors Universe is comprised of the PSA, PCGS and WATA business divisions and is, along with Goldin Auctions, part of the the Collectors Holdings group; leaders in the grading, authentication, and marketplace of sports cards/memorabilia, coins and video games. As a member of the FP&A and Strategic Finance team, you will contribute to our company’s mission by enabling key decision making with financial insights. The team partners with our senior business leaders to support strong operational management of the business and to facilitate strategic decision making focused on key investments, operational improvements, new business opportunities and strategic transactions.

This role reports directly to our Director of FP&A at Collectors Universe and is expected to partner closely with key operations and business leadership.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to inform operational initiatives including pricing, unit economics, and more

What You’ll Do:

  • Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a broad range of commercial contracts, including: software, NDA, partnership, supply, marketing, and vendor agreements

We are seeking a Content Production Coordinator to join our PSA Marketing Team based in the Santa Office. 

PSA’s social media platforms are its most direct, day-to-day contact point with a growing customer base within the larger collecting hobby community. As our content marketing team grows, we are looking for a passionate collector to dive in immediately and produce as we continue to expand PSA’s footprint and impact in the digital space. As PSA aims to stay at the forefront of creative content in the collecting hobby, this individual will produce daily content that not only informs and educates, but also engages our customers, both current and prospective. This individual will have a strong knowledge of not just what is important, trending and emerging in the collecting hobby, but is a savvy content creator, who can produce content that works across multiple platforms, is relevant and is on-brand. This individual has their finger on the pulse of what type of content performs the best on each platform, and can execute and make concepts work across all platforms that remain on-brand for PSA. What You’ll Do:

  • Create content of all types for PSA’s social and digital efforts. Examples include involvement in production and distribution of PSA podcasts, simple graphic assets, photo assets and short-form video assets for multiple social platforms.

We are currently hiring a Cataloguer / Data Entry Clerk to join the Collectors Vault team. This is a rare opportunity to help build out a completely new business unit inside of an established organization from day one. Collectors Vault is a high security storage service for collectibles, but beyond that it integrates the various business units at Collectors Universe to create a new platform for collecting. Collectors Vault represents the next generation of collecting, and will power a fundamentally different integrated experience for storing, securing, authenticating, grading, buying, and selling collectibles.

You will be required to be comfortable with ambiguity and have a bias for action while remaining customer focused with an extremely high standard of care. You will also be taking on multiple assignments and performing many duties as necessary to meet business expectations of the Fulfillment storage and fulfillment center. 

This role will report to the Assistant Manager of Operations and will work out of our New Castle, Delaware facility.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform systematic, physical handling and inspection of collection objects, including taking precise dimensions, creating photo documentation, and transcribing inscriptions

We are currently hiring a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor to join the Collectors Vault team. This is a rare opportunity to help build out a completely new business unit inside of an established organization from day one. The Fulfillment Operations Supervisor is a key member of the leadership team responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operation including; order fulfillment, labor management, quality assurance, inventory accuracy, and materials procurement. The Supervisor of Fulfillment Operations will work cross-functionally with the business teams as they develop short and long-term growth strategies within this exciting new line of business. This role will report directly to the Manager, Fulfillment Operations and work out of our office in Delaware facility.

We’re looking for a Lead Security Officer to join our Security team to help protect Collector’s personnel, property, and profits through detection, deterrence, and denial of unauthorized individuals, all while maintaining a secure environment and preserving the integrity of the company’s facilities and reputation. You’ll report to the Director of Continuous Improvement and work from our Santa Ana, CA office and warehouses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plans production schedules based on CTD/FIFO Requirements; working closely with the Logistics Manager and Operations teams to ensure availability of materials and resources to meet production targets and delivery deadlines
  • Will be responsible for effectively communicating with internal team members and management to ensure 100% completion of set schedules
  • Review and analyze data
  • Work closely with Sales and Executive Team to fulfill expedites in a timely manner

Who You Are: 

  • B.S. or B.A. in business management or related field and or 1-3 years’ experience in warehousing, production control, receiving, inventory control, or materials management in manufacturing.

We are currently looking for a Training Specialist to join our team.  You will work directly with the Training Manager to help team members in effectively organizing, planning, and executing training projects. The VP of Operations will be responsible for leading the strategic vision, execution, and overall function of the end-to-end supply chain at Collectors Universe. PSA and Collectors are currently looking for a Director of Sales to lead the day-to-day strategic management of the PSA Preferred Dealer Network, which is composed of auction houses, group submitters and dealers, and lead the PSA sales team both in the office and in the field. 

PSA prides itself on its relationship management and is looking for a seasoned sales leader who takes the time to understand and service the needs of the customer. Candidates must be personable, polished, well-organized, detail-oriented, analytical and have experience with developing and implementing sales incentive programs and sales training.  The position requires travel to trade shows, industry events and client offices.

What You'll Do

  • Direct company sales efforts to increase submissions and average sales price while maintaining senior level relationships with clients

  • Ability to be knowledgeable and credible when speaking about our product and brand when presenting/communicating with customers and represent our company well
